How do I know what level I am?
If you choose one-to-one lessons with a tutor, during your first lesson they will help assess your level and then begin a learning plan with you.
If you want to know your level, get in contact with us and we can provide a free level test to help you decide.
Can I take exams?
Currently VIVO does not provide examination. We focus on practical, general English learning that fits everyday life.
How fast will I progress?
Each students’ progression is different. It depends on how many lessons a month, how long you have been studying for and your commitment both in lessons and outside lessons.
Our friendly and patient tutors will help encourage you and you should see progress soon after you begin studying with us.
Do I pay monthly?
For our one-to-one lessons with a tutor:

At the beginning of each month, your tutor will email you with your learning plan for the month. Here you will decide how many lessons you want in the month and when you want them to be. You will then pay for the months lessons at a rate of £28 for each session.
So 4 lessons a month would cost £112.​
What is your cancellation policy?
For our one-to-one lessons with a tutor:
We completely understand if you need to cancel a lesson.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before you lesson, we will move your lesson to another day and you won’t lose your money.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your lesson, you will be charged the £28 for the lesson missed.
